Zzyzx – LP by Low Hums

Album Art by Sonny Santos

Nov 26th – Earlier this month, Seattle-based groove-rockers Low Hums released their LP ‘Zzyzx’, the perfect album for the intergalactic alien in all of us.

The 11-track collection of songs offers something new and refreshing, while staying true to the guitar-heavy, rock-heavy roots of their influences- bands such as Pink Floyd, the Grateful Dead, and The Doors. From start-to-finish, Low Hums delivers a fuzz-filled record of passion and craft, without getting caught up on pop sensibilities or over-production. ‘Zzyzx’ is rock purism for the future, and keeps listeners entertained the whole way through.

‘Zzyzx’ will make you believe in both rock n roll, and the existence of extraterrestrials. For anyone looking for some new grooves, check out ‘Zzyzx’ on Spotify or Bandcamp, and check out the band on Facebook and Twitter!
